Scout: Before and after

Scout came to Fletch in the early stages of building their go-to-market. Their website positioned AI agents for “everyone”, without a clear use case, and described the product only in technical terms – but most of their buyers weren’t technical. It was hard to understand what Scout actually did, who it was for, or why it was different.
