UserEvidence came to Fletch looking for guidance on ways to clearly explain what their product does and how it's differentiated from simple social proof tools. We helped them to focus in on the key use case of collecting customer stories, and lead with a value prop centered on collecting stories at scale (rather than asking customers one by one.)
