For product launches, I act as an extension of your team. I'm in the weeds with you, strategizing and executing.

1. Discovery & Assessment – I start by understanding your product, market, target audience, internal team dynamics, and business goals through stakeholder interviews and research to identify what success looks like for your launch.


2. Strategy Development – I create a comprehensive launch strategy that includes positioning, messaging, target customer profiles, competitive analysis, and go-to-market activation with clear KPIs.


3. Launch Planning – I build a detailed launch roadmap with timelines, channel strategies, campaign plans, budget allocations, and resource requirements to execute the launch.

4. Execution Support – I work alongside your team to implement the launch plan, coordinating across marketing, sales, product, and other functions to ensure everything runs smoothly.


5. (Optional) Performance Tracking & Optimization – For most clients, I stay on post-launch to monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and make real-time adjustments to maximize results and hit your targets.
