Yes! We do all of our projects together directly with the founders and their teams (no surprise junior level employees).
We charge $2000 for use case or department-focused sub-pages (i.e. “Asana for Marketing Teams” as an example).
We understand the greatest enemy for founders is time (time spent = runway burnt). We require only a minimal amount of time—roughly 4 hours over the course of two weeks.
Our sessions run better with smaller groups. Whoever knows your product and customers best should be present. If this is just the founder, great! If it’s the founder plus a marketing and sales leader, that works as well.
We will send you a brief questionnaire. However, begin thinking about how you wish to segment your messaging. What types of customers would be great to get more of? Make sure you understand their world and day-to-day lived experience.
Our framework can be very helpful to test various value props against each other. The “landing page test” popularized by the Lean Startup only works if you know how to successfully represent the hypothetical value of a hypothetical product—in these cases, we make sure that the logic of the messaging is sound so you don’t get false positives or negatives when testing with real world customers.
