I posted our pricing on LinkedIn yesterday and received two comments:
"This is suspiciously cheap..."
"This has huge sticker shock."
Are we cheap?
Are we expensive?
All depends on your frame of reference.
We are exponentially more expensive than figuring out your positioning using ChatGPT.
We are 1/3 the price of April Dunford, the foremost expert on positioning in the world.
And yet, both April and us are infinitely cheaper than going with one of the large consulting firms (Deloitte, McKinsey, etc.)
Your price (and its resulting perception) is in many ways a function of your target segment.
Massive Fortune 500 companies would see us as hilariously cheap.
Early-stage pre-product startups often see us as prohibitively expensive.
TL:DR — Worry about what your ICP thinks.
